I am a mother of 2 teens, and understands from a lived experience the needs & demands on of family life, a long marriage and open relationship/poly dynamics.

My passion is 'pleasure alchemy' and supporting conscious meaningful juicy relationships. Beginning with the one with yourself.

Helping facilitate transformation for couples & individuals of all genders and sexualities from feeling anxious, stuck, lacking confidence, moving beyond challenging sexual histories, difficult relationships, pain and bad sexual experiences, to an authentic life with a better libido, more pleasure,desire, self love and sensuality.

I have over 17 years of practice as a holistic therapist & coach. And almost 2 decades of study in education, sexuality, healing modalites and relationships.

I am highly intuitive and attuned to reading the subtle and unconscious blocks to your sexuality and self love, and I work as an Educator, Mentor and Sensualist to teach you to be connected to the power of your body, your libido and deeper knowing of your heart.

I teach vital Somatic Sexology theory & embodiment pleasure practices and communication tools that re-build pathways to connection, erotic pleasure, interest, control and function in vulva & penis owners.

I've trained significantly in Sexology, Sexuality, Tantra, Sexological Bodywork, Healing, Relationship dynamics, Gottman Relationship Therapy,

breath work, communication, embodiment and pleasure practices.
